About
Little Shivaji brings the childhood of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj to young readers through beautifully illustrated stories filled with kindness, courage, curiosity, and wisdom.
Long before he became a legendary king, Shivaji was a young boy who loved nature, cared for people around him, listened to stories, and learned important lessons from his mother Jijabai and his surroundings. These early experiences shaped the values that guided him throughout his life.
Through our picture books, children step into the world of forts, villages, festivals, friendships, and adventures of young Shivaji. Each story is created to help children discover timeless values like honesty, compassion, bravery, respect, and helping others.
Our mission is to make Indian history exciting and meaningful for children — not as a list of dates and events, but as stories they can feel, imagine, and remember.
Little Shivaji is more than a book series. It is a journey where children discover the heart behind a hero.

I have always believed that stories are one of the sweetest ways to pass on our roots, values, and memories.
As a mother raising my daughter far from home, I often wondered how I could help her feel connected to the culture, stories, and heroes that shaped my own childhood. I looked for gentle, beautifully illustrated books about our history that she could enjoy — but I couldn't find many stories that felt right for young children.
So, I decided to create the stories I wished she had.
Little Shivaji was born from a mother's simple wish: to share the kindness, courage, and wisdom of our heritage with the next generation. What began as a story for my own daughter has now become a journey to reach many little hearts growing up between cultures and across borders.
Through these books, I hope children everywhere discover the joy of their roots, the power of kindness, and the timeless lessons hidden in the stories of our past.
Because every child deserves stories that help them know where they come from — and inspire who they can become.
